Here, Facebook allows you to choose whether you want to download all your data or choose what you want to download. You can also choose whether you want to download the information as an HTML or JSON document and the quality of your media files. Also, depending on your request size, Facebook will take more or less time to compile all your data. This process can take from a few minutes to several hours.
